Warranty Policy
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Horizon Exterior Solutions stands behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. This limited warranty covers:
• Material Defects: Any manufacturer defects in the materials used.
• Workmanship Defects: Any installation defects resulting from improper workmanship under normal use.
• Broken Components: Any components that break under normal use and conditions.
How Will We Resolve Warranty Issues?
• Free Repairs: If your system fails due to a covered issue, we will repair it at no cost within the warranty period.
• Replacement Parts: We will use new or equivalent replacement parts when necessary.
• Product Exchange: If a repair is not feasible, the defective product or component may be replaced.
Warranty Duration:
• Coverage lasts for 5 years from the original installation date.
What’s Not Covered:
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or negligence.
• Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications or tampering.
• Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, hail, windstorms, etc.).
• Theft, vandalism, or loss of materials.
• Electrical damage caused by surges or pre-existing faults in the client's electrical infrastructure.
• Cosmetic changes or fading due to environmental exposure.
How to File a Warranty Claim:

• Provide your name, property address, and invoice or quote number to help us verify your coverage.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is required to process any claim.
• If a product replacement is not feasible, Horizon Exterior Solutions may offer a partial reimbursement at its sole discretion.
• This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. No other warranties, express or implied, are authorized unless stated in writing.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
• Repairs outside the 5-year warranty period may still be offered at the discretion of the Company.
• Labor charges will apply and be based on current market rates
